The apple don’t fall from the the tree with it comes to all things culinary
- 1 whole acorn squash peeled and sliced into 1/2 peices
- 1 tablespoon Kerrygold butter or ghee can be salted or unsalted
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
In a skillet over medium heat melt Ghee or Kerrygold unsalted butter with seasonings, blend together until bubbling.
2. Once melted and ghee/butter is bubbling add acorn squash and let caramelize on each side. Cover for about 2-3 minutes to soften and remove lid remainder of cooking time.
