Avocado n Adobo

This is phenomenal on a grass fed grilled hamburger with jalapeño slices, lettuce and tomato.

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons paleo or homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Primal Palate Adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 half avocado mashed
  • 1/2 half lime juiced or about 1.5 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl mix mash the avocado until smooth with the lime juice.  Add Primal Palate Adobo seasoning and mayonnaise. Blend well and serve.  

Recipe Notes
  • This makes about 1/3 of cup depending on avocado size

 

 

French Onion dip

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablesppon Kerrygold butter or ghee
  • 2 whole yellow onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, ground or dried heaping
  • 1 pinch cardamom, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup paleo or homemade mayo can sub in aioli base for a flavor change up
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet heat extra virgin olive oil and butter/ghee over medium heat .

    2. Saute over low to medium heat for about 20 minutes.  Onions should be golden brown and sweetly aromatic.  Let cool for about 30 minutes in mixing bowl.

    3. Blend using an emulsion blender or regular blender, blend the onions until mostly smooth.

    4. Add in thyme, cardamom, lemon pepper, white balsamic vinegar, and mayonnaise/aioli, blend together well 

    5. Let chill in fridge 15-20 minutes before serving.  This helps the flavors blend together 

Recipe Notes

Serve with veggies, chips, on a baked potato or burger.

 

 

Sweet kick garlic aioli sauce

Sweet kick garlic aioli sauce

This is scrumptious dipping paleo chicken tenders, fried green beans, asparagus spears, or sweet potato fries 

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise paleo or homemade
  • 2-3 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1.5 tablespoon Sir Kensington's Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • 1 tablespoon maple sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Let sit for about 30 minutes and serve.

Recipe Notes

- I used 2 elephant head garlic cloves.  You can use 3-4 regular garlic cloves or heaping 1-2 teaspoons of crushed garlic from the jar

 

Jalapeno Aioli

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise paleo or homemade
  • 2 head garlic crushed. I used 2 elephant head garlic cloves. You can use 3-4 regular garlic cloves
  • 1 whole jalapeno diced very fine. You can keep or discard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Let sit for about 30 minutes and serve.
