I tried my fried green beans with egg wash and cassava flour batter mix on a package of chicken tender I cut up. Good golly was that something special. It was one of those, basic understandings of how battered foods are and the nature of how cassava flour vs coconut flour or almond flour work- epiphanies.
Yup, same recipe only doubled the amounts. Out came nicely golden and perfectly done chicken tenders. Served it up with green beans. And another simple meal was made. The bonus was that I even had made the flour mix up a head of time to make more fried green bean
