Jalapeno time!


I love jalapenos.  I add them to my morning eggs, on sandwiches, and appetizers…oh and as many skillet dinners I can conjure up.  If you haven’t put them with sauteed green beans you are missing out. 

I slice or dice em with the seeds.  If you don’t like that added punch, no worries a quick coring out and water rinse will ride you of seeds.

I am working on a cassarole with jalapenos in it.  Lawdy, it smells sooo good.  Cannot wait for it to come out of the oven to share!
