For a printable version: lunch time turkey wraps
8 slices Mesquite smoked Turkey slices- I like Oscar-Meyer Natural.
Handful of spinach leaves
12 Slices yellow, green or red pepper slices
For the spread, mix together in a small bowel:
1-2 sprigs of fresh dill torn in to pieces
2 leaves of garlic chive or regular fresh chive, sliced thin widthwise
¼ cup Cashew cream
2 TBS cold coconut cream
1 tsp of lemon pepper
Layer 2 slices of turkey on top of each other
Layer of spinach leaves. As much or as little as you like
Put 3 slices of pepper on one half of the wrap and on the other half put a generous dollop of the spread mix.
Fold in half to eat.
